Every project gets the same approach regardless of size. Scope defined clearly before work starts. Drawings reviewed for conflicts before mobilization. Changed conditions documented in real time. Communication proactive, not reactive.
We estimate jobs to build them correctly. Operational friction, schedule risk, and drawing ambiguity are priced in at bid. T&M rates included with every bid submittal. Scope inclusions and exclusions stated explicitly. GCs and owners know what they are buying before they sign anything.
